About
Centered on the music of the German Three Bs—Bach, Beethoven, and Brahms—this concert explores the rich heritage and enduring spirit of German classical music. Bach laid the foundation of Western music, Beethoven bridged the Classical and Romantic eras, and Brahms carried the Classical tradition forward with profound emotional depth. "Toward the Light" invites audiences on a musical journey from quiet reflection and struggle to hope, faith, and transcendence. Performed by young violinist Shih-Ya Huang and renowned pianist Chu-Han Huang.
