Orpheum Konzert

The Georgian pianist Tsotne Zedginidze, the American violinist Hana Chang, and the German cellist Lionel Martin have much in common: They were all born in the 2000s, have thrilled the Zurich Tonhalle audience with performances in the Série jeunes – and now take another important step in a concert organized by the Orpheum Foundation. The foundation enables young talents at the beginning of their careers to perform with major orchestras and significant works. In this case, the American conductor Marin Alsop is also involved – who after the two concertante works presents another repertoire highlight with Schumann's Symphony No. 2.
