Serge RachmaninoffConcerto pour piano n° 2
About
Rachmaninoff’s Second Concerto, ablaze with post-Romantic fervour and virtuosity, forms a striking diptych with the anguished symbolism of The Isle of the Dead. The evening concludes with a new work by composer and pianist Thomas Larcher.
