About
The correspondence between Clara Schumann, Robert Schumann, and Johannes Brahms ranks among the most moving documents of the Romantic era. Yet, alongside deep emotion, the letters also reveal flashes of wit, jealousy, the realities of everyday life, and surprisingly modern questions regarding relationships. Accompanied by Jason Tran on the piano, Sarah Ferede, Florian Simson, and Torben Jürgens present a musical and literary evening filled with passion, vocal artistry, and sharp wit.
