Donor Rehearsal: John Adams & Víkingur Ólafsson

Pianist Víkingur  Ólafsson joins composer-conductor John Adams in After the Fall, a brilliantly eclectic concerto Adams wrote especially for him. This all-Adams concert, marking the composer’s 80th birthday, also features The Chairman Dances and the monumental Harmonielehre, works that affirm his place among the definitive American voices of our time.
