About
Since 1898, opera, ballet, and music have filled the salon at Gustav Adolfs torg. Now, a renovation lasting at least five years is underway, and during the last weekend, the public and artists gather to celebrate everything we have experienced together at the Opera House – and say goodbye to the house for this time. In the Opera House's farewell concert, music from several centuries comes together. The Royal Court Chapel plays Mozart, Dvořák, and Puccini side by side with music by the Swedish composer Jacob Mühlrad. Solo singers and the Royal Opera's choir
