- Johann Sebastian BachWeihnachts-Oratorium BWV 248 (Teile I, II, V und VI)
About
What would the Advent season be without Johann Sebastian Bach’s Christmas Oratorio, lovingly called “WO” (Weihnachts-Oratorium) by musicians? The Konzerthausorchester Berlin, the traditional St. Thomas Boys’ Choir of Leipzig – founded in 1212 and thus one of the oldest choirs in the world – and renowned soloists fill the Great Hall with familiar sounds and a festive atmosphere.
