About
When students of the Joseph-Keilberth Orchestra Academy perform together with musicians from the Bamberger Symphoniker on stage, it becomes immediately clear how much music is about movement: in interaction, in sound, and in artistic exchange. In the concentrated setting of chamber music, experience and innovation, precision and curiosity meet, and they stimulate each other. Especially in the small ensemble, that sensitivity is created that is also indispensable in the large orchestra: the fine sense of each other, the shared breathing, and the attentive listening to detail. What is created here has a lasting effect and inspires the next generation of orchestral musicians on their path. The audience can look forward to a diverse program featuring works from the chamber music repertoire. Which pieces will actually be performed remains deliberately open and will only be announced a few weeks before the concert: a "carte blanche" that allows for spontaneous decisions, discoveries, and musical surprises.
