The upcoming special chamber concert, "Cantabile," is titled "Reach Out and Touch." It will feature works by Mozart, Humperdinck, and Johann Strauss, and, in keeping with tradition, the audience will once again be invited to participate, with familiar folk songs and famous Comedian Harmonists' hits encouraging everyone to sing along. In this accessible format, all visitors are welcome to enjoy a relaxed and light classical concert morning. In close collaboration with the Alzheimer Foundation of Bamberg e.V., the program and concept of this moderated concert have been adapted to take into account the needs of people with dementia and other individuals who are unable to attend a regular concert due to a disability or impairment. A wind and string ensemble from the Bamberger Symphoniker, together with pianist and singer Beate Roux, invite you to enjoy a colorful musical selection and to participate in joint musical activities. We look forward to welcoming a diverse concert audience in the Hegelsaal of the Bamberg Concert Hall.
