Pop with a difference: powerful voices

This unique concert series for young people focuses this time on the work of exceptionally talented singers and popular, current songs. Choirs from across North Rhine-Westphalia and Vocal Journey, the pop choir of the Cologne Music Academy, perform popular pop hits – sometimes quietly, sometimes loudly, but always accompanied perfectly by the WDR Funkhausorchester, which transforms the stage into a dance floor with its groovy violins, rock-inspired brass instruments, and driving percussion. Here, powerful voices meet powerful sounds, beats meet bows, and chart hits meet genuine moments of enjoyment!
