Eugen Onegin

Everything revolves around longing in Eugen Onegin. No waking up from this wonderful dream, no disenchantment of the delicate fantasy – utopia and reality merge in magic, sweet fantasy replaces the dull reality. The finely crafted psychology of the music and the figures entirely devoted to their desires transform Tchaikovsky's Lyric Scenes into a poetic adventure.
