About
English Christmas traditions are full of liveliness, no wonder then that the numerous Christmas carols (Carols) from the island are infectious with their cheerful exuberance. This year's MDR Christmas concert invites you to discover numerous British and American carols together with the MDR Radio Choir and the MDR Symphony Orchestra, sometimes with a wink, sometimes with festivity. Thus, we also bring back the wonderful English tradition of singing these songs together, often from door to door or on public squares, to Leipzig: Join in!
