Choir music and church spaces are intrinsically linked. For centuries, composers have created music for choral voices, which naturally fit within the iconic architecture of churches – and in our time, the church space remains the ideal setting for a wide variety of choral music. DR Girls' Choir's spring concert is a special opportunity to experience the 50 young singers of DR Girls' Choir in Holmens Church, where words, voices, and melodies fill every corner of the church space. Here, you can become one with the space and the music and get very close to the singers. To mark the spring season, the choir will present a powerful vocal performance with young, powerful voices and strong, newly composed works, where light and spring burst forth from the darkness of winter.
