About
The sound of choral voices and brass instruments is at once warm, dignified, brilliant, and festive, making it perfectly suited for the Christmas season. This concert, featuring 74 voices from DR Concert Choir and the brass section of the DR Symphony Orchestra in the Concert Hall, combines traditional Christmas classics with specially selected and arranged works, where the richness of Christmas choral music meets the brilliance and warmth of the brass. Rather than focusing on a single musical idea, the evening offers a wide-ranging and varied Christmas experience – festive, bright, and deeply atmospheric. A lavish Christmas concert for anyone who loves Christmas music, both the traditional and the newer, popular additions to the genre.
