DR Vocal Ensemble's Christmas Concert - with Phillip Faber

There's nothing that can bring us into the Christmas spirit as quickly and safely as the sound of the Christmas music we know and have grown up with. But how has the sound of our Danish Christmas evolved from the first, simple Christmas melodies to the atmospheric choral music of today? In DR Vocal Ensemble's Christmas concert in the beautiful church of Garnisons Kirke, conductor Phillip Faber leads the choir and audience through Danish Christmas melodies from five centuries. Get up close and personal with the heart of our Danish Christmas with the DR Vocal Ensemble and Phillip Faber, featuring atmospheric choral music and familiar hymns, where the audience is also invited to sing along.
