Den Norske Opera
Designed by Snøhetta and opened in 2008 on the Oslo waterfront, the Norwegian National Opera and Ballet (Den Norske Opera & Ballett) is one of Europe's most celebrated modern opera houses. Its sloping white marble roof doubles as a public plaza. The main auditorium seats 1,364 and is home to the Norwegian Opera and the National Ballet.
