New York Philharmonic
Founded in 1842, the New York Philharmonic is the oldest symphony orchestra in the United States. It performs at David Geffen Hall at Lincoln Center under Music Director Gustavo Dudamel, whose tenure began in 2026.
Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center
Founded in 1969, the Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center performs at Alice Tully Hall and the Daniel and Joanna S. Rose Studio at Lincoln Center. Its season spans recitals, ensemble programmes, and the Sonic Spectrum new-music series.
Metropolitan Opera
The Metropolitan Opera, founded in 1883, is one of the world's leading opera companies. Its home at Lincoln Center in Manhattan opened in 1966 and seats 3,800, making it one of the largest opera houses in the world. The Met presents around 200 performances per season of some 25 operas.
Carnegie Hall
Carnegie Hall opened in 1891 and is one of the most famous concert venues in the world. Located in Midtown Manhattan, its main auditorium — Stern Auditorium / Perelman Stage — seats 2,804. The hall has hosted virtually every major performer of the past 130 years and remains a benchmark of musical prestige: 'How do you get to Carnegie Hall? Practice.'
