Harpa
Harpa opened in 2011 on the Reykjavík waterfront and was awarded the EU Prize for Contemporary Architecture. Its striking geometric glass facade was designed by Henning Larsen and artist Olafur Eliasson. The main hall, Eldborg, seats 1,800 and is home to the Iceland Symphony Orchestra and the Icelandic Opera.
