Elbphilharmonie
Designed by Herzog & de Meuron, the Elbphilharmonie opened in 2017 atop a former warehouse in Hamburg's HafenCity. The Grand Hall seats 2,100 with vineyard-style seating and acoustics by Yasuhisa Toyota.
Berliner Philharmoniker
Home of the Berlin Philharmonic, the Philharmonie was designed by Hans Scharoun and opened in 1963. Its vineyard-style seating places the orchestra at the centre of the hall, surrounded by 2,440 listeners.
Kölner Philharmonie
Opened in 1986 beneath the Museum Ludwig in central Cologne, the Kölner Philharmonie is home to the WDR Symphony Orchestra and Gürzenich Orchestra. Its elliptical hall seats 2,000 with warm, intimate acoustics.
Kongress am Park Augsburg
The Kongress am Park is Augsburg's primary congress and concert venue, home to the Augsburger Philharmoniker. Its main hall seats up to 1,800 and hosts a programme spanning classical concerts, ballet, theatre, and major congresses.
Bad Kissingen
Bad Kissingen is a UNESCO World Heritage spa town in Bavaria renowned for its classical music life. The Kissinger Sommer festival, Kissinger KlavierOlymp, and year-round Kurkonzerte attract world-class soloists and ensembles. The neoclassical Arkadenbau — with its Rossini-Saal and Salon Fontane — is the city's primary concert venue.
Kongresszentrum Bamberg
The Kongresszentrum Bamberg (Bamberg Congress + Event Center) is the city's main venue for concerts and congresses. Its flagship Joseph-Keilberth-Saal seats up to 1,600 and hosts the Bamberger Symphoniker alongside touring orchestras and pop concerts. Named after conductor Joseph Keilberth, who led the Symphoniker from 1949 to 1968.
