You can hear how mathematics is transformed into sound in the »Art of Fugue«. This unfinished masterpiece, which still raises many questions to this day, was composed by Johann Sebastian Bach towards the end of his life. Here, a simple theme is explored in all its variations: twisted, mirrored, turned upside down, slowed down and sped up. A light installation expands this musical work into a total work of art. Follow the delicate tapestry of sound as the harpsichord’s bright tone renders the individual melodic lines crystal-clear!
