Of Light and Dust

At twenty, unrest lingers. Roads ahead, home behind. Where can a still-ripening heart lay its doubts? Seven Chapters of Life: Wei-Pin Chen's Taiwanese sonnets and Chung-Yuan Yu's music trace life's twenty-year turns through light and echoes. Then comes a vast living organism of sound—choir, strings and organ entwined: Holy Spirit Mass. Heaven's almighty gaze and redemption; Kim André Arnesen's cinematic sweep evokes splendor and mystery. Divine and human meet; light and dust entwine. Pre-concert talk by poet Wei-Pin Chen, Concert Hall 3F foyer.
