About
Lu Yu-Tzu Percussion Ensemble and Triplex Percussion join forces for the first time at Weiwuying under the theme "Clash of Drums / Echoes of Unity." The program features contemporary percussion works from Taiwan and abroad, from the primal energy of TAK-NARA II to the tango-inspired sounds of Piazonore and Gotan Concerto Mov. III ：Sahara. Two commissioned works receive their world premieres: Light and Colour, exploring vivid timbral landscapes, and Dawn of a New Era, which fuses percussion with electronic music to create an immersive sonic experience. Together with Bingo, the concert celebrates the diversity, creativity, and artistic excellence of contemporary percussion.
