Youth Symphony Orchestra of Zurich

The youths are between 14 and 24 years old, proficient on their instruments – and highly motivated for orchestra play. Since 1987, they have had the opportunity to do so in the Youth Sinfonieorchester Zürich, which is closely connected with the Tonhalle-Orchester Zürich as Junior Music Partner. Directed by our solo-tubaist David Bruchez-Lalli and featuring Ilya Shmukler as a soloist, the winner of the Concours Géza Anda 2024, the Youth Sinfonieorchester Zürich will present their skills and the program in Tonhalle Zürich before traveling for four concerts to Sweden, including 'Blue Hall' in Stockholm.
