About
Activities for children aged 0-3, with accompanying adults. Classic or modern? On your fingertips – higher and higher… Or perhaps lower? By touching the floor with our noses, we can achieve amazing positions! Loud and energetic! Gentle and soft! Or perhaps both? We invite the youngest children, along with their caregivers, to a dance session inspired by choreographies created by Conrad Drzewiecki – one of the most important Polish artists of the 20th century. During the session, adults and children will dance in whatever way they feel comfortable. We will stretch like dancers on a ballet stage, try classic gestures and positions, and then change perspective: we will roll on the floor, crawl together, and see what else our bodies can do. The dance acrobatics will be accompanied by music, rhythm, rustling, murmurs, and the sounds of water, as well as soft cushions and… a little bit of dance chaos. All of this is to help us discover that dance has no single form or rule. We invite the youngest children (0–3 years old) along with their parents, grandparents, and other caregivers. Concept: Karolina Wensierska – is the third iteration of a project designed for young music lovers. Previously, young participants enjoyed music by Stanisław Moniuszko and Zygmunt Noskowski. Financed by the funds of the Wielkopolski Province Council. Media partner of the Moniuszko Festival: In the 2026/2027 season, Evelina Volodchenko will participate in the "Dancer Resident" program. The residency is co-organized by the National Institute of Music and Dance as part of the Dancer Resident Program, co-financed by the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage.
