Chineke! Orchestra contrasts the lively musical world of Classical greats like Mozart and Bologne with a brand new work by their Composer in Residence, Nneka Cummins. Step into the late 18th century with a programme that celebrates three extraordinary voices from the Classical era, alongside a voice of today. Celebrated composer, keyboard virtuoso and singer in 18th-century Vienna Marianna Martines opens the concert, as Chineke! performs her sparkling Symphony in C, a work of elegance, wit and dramatic flair.
