Warsztaty muzyczno-integracyjne dla seniorów – Muzyka nie zna wieku

"Music Knows No Age" is a Saturday gathering in a small, intimate group. During the workshop, Eliza Ludkiewicz – a psychologist, speech therapist, and art therapist – will introduce participants to the elements of music therapy, demonstrating how music can relax the body and mind, improve physical and mental well-being, stimulate creativity, and release endorphins. The second part of the meeting will be an informal gathering for coffee, tea, and a sweet snack. Join us and allow yourself a moment of relaxation in a unique atmosphere.
