About
Edward Scissorhands in Concert Live to Film, the quirky, modern fairytale with GRAMMY-winning composer Danny Elfman’s ethereal musical score performed live in sync to film by a full orchestra, under the baton of conductor Evan Mitchell. In one of the pair’s earliest collaborations, Danny Elfman’s enchanting score combines with Tim Burton’s distinctive stylistic choices to create the film’s iconic atmosphere. Directed by Burton (Beetlejuice, Disney Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas), the 1990 film centres on Edward (Johnny Depp), a gentle artificial man with scissors for hands. Orphan
