The Krakow Opera has a unique offering for the public this New Year's Eve. On this special day, we will escape from the reality that surrounds us and enter a world of memories and dreams that we all carry within us. We will return to the relationships between people and the forms of interaction that are now rarely used. In this old-fashioned world, we will present purely fictional characters whose fates can evoke genuine and sincere emotions. Our stage will feature surprising and unconventional situations and events, often even absurd (and are they not common in real life?), which we may sometimes treat with seriousness, and sometimes with a wink, always counting on your friendly smile, your great tolerance, and your refined sense of humor. We believe that by entering such a world, we will create the ideal environment for the old-fashioned, but still charming and eternally relevant songs by Jerzy Wasowski, with lyrics by Jeremi Przybory.
