About
Eternal Horizons: East-West Journeys brings together harpsichordist Chia-Hsuan Tsai, leading Taiwanese silk-and-bamboo musicians—Jing-Mu Kuo, Li-Teng Huang, and Jen-Yueh Hsiung—and award-winning composers from Taiwan and the U.S., including Hwang-Long Pan, Shih-Hui Chen, Jen-Yueh Hsiung, Rob McClure, and Christopher Walczak. From traditional solos of East and West to newly created chamber works, the program brings Eastern and Western music into dialogue across time, exploring the possibilities of monologue, collision, and fusion.
