About
2026 TINMF – "Echoes of Axis: Voices Across the Axis" explores the intricate network of sounds, transforming the islands into nodes within the axis. Contemporary music echoes resonate across the landscape, from the slopes of mountains to the shores, from the murmurs of human voices to the reverberations of the organ, creating a sound axis specific to this place and time. "Echoes of Axis" marks the extension of Taiwanese music creation along this axis – connecting the past and the future, local and global, individual and collective. The three themed concerts of TINMF center around the concept of "sound."
