The New Art Symphony Orchestra's 2026 Season III will feature Beethoven's Symphony No. 9 and Taiwanese composer Shao Ting-ren's "1947 Overture." This concert, performed by the New Art Symphony Orchestra under the direction of Maestro Qiu Jun-qiang, will also feature soloists Lin Chi-yin, Zheng Hai-yin, Wang Dian, and Chen Han-wei, as well as the Taipei Philharmonic Chorus, National Taiwan University Alumni Chorus, and Taipei Medical University Alumni Chorus. Through this concert, the orchestra will explore the timeless pursuit of freedom, dignity, and peace. The concert will also reflect on historical traumas while looking forward.
