About
As part of the XXXIII Clarinet Festival at FaM UNAM, the clarinetist Luz Sedeño and the pianist Valeriia Prokofeva present a program that explores different approaches to the instrument and its relationship with chamber music. Works by Robert Schumann and Ernest Chausson represent the romantic repertoire for clarinet and piano, while "Carmen Fantasy" by Nicolas Baldeyrou revisits material from Georges Bizet's opera. The program concludes with "The Last Night at the House of Flamenco" by Kenji Bunch, the fourth movement of the "Cookbook" suite.
