sub_bar live

Sounds that are not intended for the ear, but can be felt throughout the body. This is precisely what the sub_bar collaborative project achieves in its artistic work with deep sub-frequencies. The performance ‘Blink Time’ by sub_bar founder Atelier Francesco begins with the artist’s heartbeat and then, following the resonance pattern of the sun, moves through a wide variety of vibrational forms and rhythmic, repetitive silences. Complemented by philosophical, poetic and scientific texts, it weaves a story—told through physical stimuli—about the limits of human life and its place within nature.
