Symphoniker Hamburg / Alexander Briger

New Year’s Eve in Hamburg has a sound all of its own: as the year draws to a close, Beethoven’s Ninth at the Laeiszhalle has become an essential part of the musical turn of the year for many. For years, the concert featuring the famous »Ode to Joy« has been a firmly established tradition and long since became a highlight of Hamburg’s concert calendar. For the turn of the year 2026–27, the Symphoniker Hamburg once again invite audiences to this special concert experience.
