La Bohème

Another operatic masterpiece on our stage! Puccini's La Bohème . This is one of the most moving operatic stories. A timeless story about a group of artists for whom freedom and authenticity of experience are the highest value. It is also a moving love story, to which it is difficult to remain indifferent. Romuald Wicza-Pokojski, the director of the performance, decided to present this story in contemporary realities. The background of the story is a modern metropolis, and the constant movement characteristic of it emphasizes the dynamism of the staging. In this approach, the most important issue becomes the problem of the opposition between the world of uncompromising pursuit of realizing one's own visions and dreams and the world of opportunistic and conformist attitudes that we are familiar with today.
