Alabama Symphony Orchestra
Founded in 1921, the Alabama Symphony Orchestra is the premier professional orchestra of Alabama, performing at the UAB Alys Stephens Center in Birmingham. Its season spans classical masterworks with celebrated soloists and pops programmes at various venues across the city.
Symphony Hall Birmingham
Symphony Hall opened in 1991 as the permanent home of the City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra (CBSO). Its main auditorium seats 2,262 and is consistently ranked among the world's finest concert halls for acoustics. The adjacent Town Hall hosts chamber concerts and recitals.
